Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

OCT. 20

A suspicious male in the 1700 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

On Smith Lane, a report of a juvenile issue took place.

OCT. 21

Traffic stops were conducted at East 21st Street and Dewey Avenue, at Main and East 21st streets, in the 2000 block of Main Street, at Main and East 18th streets and at West 14th Street and Cedar Alley.

In the 1300 block of Newport Avenue, a juvenile issue was investigated.

Police responded to a child custody issue in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

OCT. 22

A report of a disturbance in the 2300 block of Main Street was addressed.

Traffic stops were conducted at East Fourth and Pearl streets, at East 17th Street and Washington Avenue, in the 600 block of East Fourth Street, the 300 and 1500 blocks of Main Street and the unit block of West 21st Street.

In the 2300 block of Main Street, a report of a disturbance was addressed.

At Newport Avenue and West 16th Street, a report of harassment had police at the scene.

A juvenile issue occurred in the 2000 block of Main Street.

Loud music in the unit block of East 13th Street was reported.

OCT. 23

Traffic stops were conducted in the 600 block of East 21st Street, the 1500 block of Main Street and at West 21st and Canal streets.

Two unwanted males in the 1200 block of Main Street were reported.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female took place in the 100 block of West 26th Street.

Police assisted a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the unit block of West 21st Street.

Suspicious activity in the 2600 block of Main Street was addressed.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 2400 block of Cherryville Road.

Officers assisted a male in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue and the 300 and 1600 blocks of Main Street.

OCT. 25

Traffic stops were conducted in the 600 block of Washington Avenue and the 1800 block of Main Street.

Officers checked the area in the 1800 block of Washington Avenue.

A disturbance in the 1600 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

Police assisted a female in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue.

An animal complaint - a dog barking - in the 1600 block of Railroad Street had police at the scene.

Officers responded to a civil issue in the 1700 block of Main Street.

In the 1800 block of Main Street, a report of a suspicious vehicle was investigated.

OCT. 26

A domestic dispute occurred in the 700 block of East 18th Street.

An unattended death in the 600 block of Banks Street was investigated.

Police assisted a female in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue.

Traffic stops were conducted at West 21st and Canal streets, in the 600 block of East 21st Street, at East Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue and at Laubach Avenue and Main Street.

An unwanted male in the 1400 block of Cedar Street was reported.

OCT. 27

A male trespassing in the 1400 block of Cedar Street was filed with the department.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 2000 block of Center Street, on West Ninth Street, at Clear Springs and Lerchenmiller drives, in the unit block of West 21st Street, the 1800 block of Franklin Street, at Canal and Lumber streets, in the 400 block of East 21st Street, the 1000 block of Main Street and at Main and West Ninth streets.

An assault in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

A suspected DUI case at Main and West 21st streets was investigated.

Officers assisted a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

A report of a suspicious male in the 2200 block of Main Street was addressed.

Police responded to an unwanted female in the 1200 block of Main Street.

OCT. 28

At Main and East 15th streets, a traffic stop was conducted.

The department served a warrant service at East 18th Street and Ridge Alley. Officers located two males with felony warrants. They were taken into custody, transported to the police department and then taken to Northampton County Prison.

Police assisted a male in the 100 block of West 14th Street and a female and male in the 2600 block of Cherryville Road.

OCT. 29

Criminal mischief - a residence egged - in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue.

Police assisted a male in the 1400 block of Laubach Avenue.

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1400 block of Washington Avenue.

OCT. 30

A loud music complaint in the 100 block of West 14th Street was addressed.

Domestic disputes occurred in the 1400 block of Railroad Street and the 1600 block of Canal Street.

Police assisted a male at Canal and West 14th streets.

OCT. 31

Traffic stops were conducted at West 10th and Main streets, in the 2000 block of Main Street and at Main and West 28th streets.

Officers checked on the welfare of a male in the 2000 block of Main Street.

A domestic dispute took place in the 500 block of East Seventh Street.

Police assisted a female in the 100 block of West 30th Street.
