Northampton Community College’s (NCC) Center for Business & Industry (CBI) is offering its Management Certificate Program in a virtual format.

The program is comprised of six workshops taught by industry-experienced instructors.

The workshops include: Basic Management Skills, Coaching for Improved Performance, Conflict Resolution Strategies, Effective Interactions, Managing the Performance of Others, and Responsive Leadership.

Those who complete six required workshops receive CBI’s Management Certificate.
