Simple assault

A 30-year-old male, of Wescosville, allegedly picked up another person and slammed the person against a wall during an argument at a location in the 4800 block of Liberty Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 8:27 p.m. Aug. 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The second person sustained a cut to the back of the head. The male fled the scene and an arrest warrant was issued.

Retail theft

Two people worked together to allegedly remove $1,024 in high-end designer fragrances from Ulta Beauty, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite 103, 5:42 p.m. Sept. 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. They fled the area in a bronze or gold color SUV with a Florida license plate. Items taken included fragrances by Dolce & Gabbana, Paco Rabanne and Montblanc.

Theft of services

A business owner contacted state police after discovering multiple people used a code to receive free car washes at the business on Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 19.
