Simple assault

Justin Craig Frankenfield, 44, of Emmaus was arrested July 21 for alleged simple assault and harassment after an incident on East Dalton Street, according to Emmaus police.

Terroristic threats

A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested for alleged terroristic threats following an incident in the 1200 block of Tilghman Street, according to Emmaus police. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court.

Found item

A Mongoose bicycle was found in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Sept. 15, according to Emmaus police. The bicycle is at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

A wallet was found at the Emmaus High School stadium Sept. 2, according to Emmaus police. The wallet is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.

Theft

A 29-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was arrested Aug. 5 for alleged theft after an incident at a business in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The male was transported to Lehigh County Booking.

Retail Theft

A 68-year-old-female, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 24 for retail theft after allegedly removing items from Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police.

Driving under the influence

Benjamin Wellington, 33, of Emmaus, was arrested July 27 for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving in the 400 block of East Harrison Street, according to Emmaus police. Wellington was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Adrian David Delgado-Vellon, 21, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 20 for allegedly driving under the influence, careless driving and accidents involving unattended vehicles in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. Delgado-Vellon was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Stacey Lin Snyder, 37, of Emmaus, was arrested Aug. 25 for allegedly driving under the influence and a related charge at Second and Main streets, according to Emmaus police. Snyder was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Recklessly endangering another person

James E. Seidel, 50, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 8 for allegedly recklessly endangering another person in the 200 block of Ridge Street, according to Emmaus police. Seidel was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

Theft from vehicle

Someone removed miscellaneous paperwork from the trunk of an Acura RDX SUV in the 500 block of Eagle Drive, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Aug. 19.

Trespassing

A 21-year-old male, of Macungie and a 22-year-old person, of Emmaus, were cited for alleged criminal trespass at Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road, Aug. 28, according to Emmaus police.

Harassment

A 45-year-old female, of Stroudsburg, was arrested Sept. 8 for alleged harassment, according to Emmaus police.
