The first day of autumn is Sept. 22.

Days will become much shorter than the nights from this point on until the winter solstice in December.

The Whitehall Zephyrs varsity football team will host the Parkland Trojans Sept. 23 at Zephyr Stadium.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Come out to support the Zephyrs, and see some great football action!

The Whitehall Fire Department will once again be holding the Haunted Parkway hayrides 7-11 p.m. every Friday and Saturday in October.

Tickets are available at the Parkway, 4689 S. Church St. The event is cash only.
