Bath: Karaoke night set for Sept. 24

Petersville Rod and Gun Club, 550 Club Road, will have a karaoke night 7-9:30 p.m. Sept. 24. Come out for an evening of fun-filled enjoyment.

Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, is holding a youth group meeting 6:30 p.m. Sept. 25 in the fellowship hall as they gather for games, fellowship, food and planning of upcoming activities/service projects.

Young people in grades 7-12 are invited to attend. Bring your friends!

The group will also begin planning for possible attendance at the next ELCA Youth Gathering in New Orleans.

Seiple Farms, 5761 Nor-Bath Blvd., will have Friday nights dedicated to its Corn Maze for a Cause program, sponsoring Freedom First Rescue.

The events will take place 6-9 p.m. Fridays Sept. 30 and Oct. 7, 14 and 21, weather permitting. This is a 28-acre corn maze with 16 check points.

Not only are you supporting your local farm but also the wonderful team that dedicates their time to rescue and recover precious animals.

No advance purchase of tickets is necessary.

Music will be provided by a local deejay, the farm animals area will be open for visiting, a food truck will be open, there will be amusement rides and the pumpkin barn and gift shop will be open for purchases.

Bath will be having a Coffee with a Cop event 9-11 a.m. Oct. 1 at Bath Borough Hall, 121 S. Walnut St. Come out and meet troopers from Pennsylvania State Police-Troop M and District Attorney Terry Houck.

Petersville Rod and Gun Club is planning an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8-11 a.m. Oct. 2.

Bath Borough firefighters and Bath Social Hall have partnered together to present a basket social 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Oct. 8 and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 9 upstairs at the social hall, 135 S. Walnut St. The drawing starts 3:30 p.m.

There will be a flat-screen television, cash prize, lottery scratch-off, 50/40 and more.
