LEHIGH VALLEY WEATHER

LHS Class of ‘72 marks 50th

Liberty HS Class of 1972 members celebrated their 50th class reunion at the Northampton Country Club June 24, with close to 100 alumni in attendance. Everyone had an enjoyable time, with good food, music and dancing, as it was a night to reminisce days gone by and catch up on their past and new adventures.

Many said they have not seen each other for a few years. Some have moved out of the Lehigh Valley area. Most are retired and loving it by spending their time with their children and grandchildren or just doing what they love now that they have time to enjoy it. Some said they had traveled from Florida for this once in a lifetime event.

The menu included braised beef short ribs, honey glazed chicken, herb roasted potatoes, carrots, vegetarian pasta, salad, rolls and dessert.

Music was provided by DJ John Tone who is also a retired Liberty HS teacher.
