PUBLIC NOTICE SOUTH WHITEHALL TOWNSHIP Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of South Whitehall Township will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at 7:00 P.M., in the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building located at 4444 Walbert Ave, Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the following zoning appeal: ZHB-2022-07: The Appeal of Michael S. Mammele, seeking a dimensional variance from Section 350-42(d)(4)(B)(i), Driveways, where the centerline of a driveway at the legal right of way line shall not be closer to the centerline of the nearest street intersection than the distance of 150 feet. The Applicant proposes a distance of 79 feet from the intersection where 150 feet is required, therefore requesting a dimensional variance of 71 feet from the intersection of Manor Drive and Midland Road to construct a driveway onto Midland Road. The subject property is located at 4621 Manor Drive and is zoned (R4) Medium Density Residential and Driveways are a permitted use. Tax ID No. 547685939190. The above-referenced properties are in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, PA.
