MAY 9

An abandoned vehicle in the 100 block of North Ruch Street was reported.

Police investigated the theft of a dog crate in the 100 block of South Sixth Street.

Officers assisted Whitehall police with a report of shots fired at police in the unit block of Jordan Drive.

MAY 11

A disturbance in the unit block of South Third Street brought police to the scene.

Pennsylvania State Police requested assistance in locating an individual known to carry firearms. His vehicle was located in the area of North Ruch and Oak streets. The individual was not located.

A vehicle owner in the 100 block of South Second Street was notified the vehicle was leaking antifreeze.

Officers responded to disturbances on Coplay Street and in the area of Lehigh and South Second streets.

Police investigated a possible forgery in the 200 block of Coplay Street.

The department was notified of a vehicle repossession in the 5900 block of Coplay Road.

Officers assisted Whitehall police with a report of a missing person in the 3300 block of North Second Street.

A report of threats via text message in the 200 block of Coplay Street was investigated.

The department responded to reports of suspicious people at South Third and Coplay streets and North Ruch and Chestnut streets.

A suspicious vehicle in the area of the Saylor Kilns was reported.

Officers handled a reckless driver on the Ironton Rail Trail.

A gas leak brought police to the 100 block of Cherry Street.

Police were on the scene of a domestic dispute in the unit block of North Front Street.

Officers investigated an assault in the area of North Second and Chestnut streets.

An animal complaint in the 100 block of Cherry Street was reported.

Police assisted citizens on North Fourth Street and Barbara Drive.

Officers assisted with a civil issue in the unit block of North Front Street.

The department assisted Bethlehem police with a report of a missing person in the area of North Sixth and Chestnut streets.

Police assisted with a protection-from-abuse service in the 100 block of Cherry Street.
