Terroristic threats

John Rodriguez, 61, of Allentown, was charged April 6 with alleged terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 800 block of Flexor Avenue, according to Salisbury police. A warrant was issued in the incident. Rodriguez was picked up later the same day and transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Melissa Cruz, 42, of Allentown, was charged with April 6 with alleged terroristic threats and criminal mischief following an incident in the 1400 block of Gail Avenue, according to Salisbury police. Cruz was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Disorderly conduct

A 55-year-old female, of Emmaus, was charged April 9 with alleged disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following an incident at the Commix Hotel, 3245 W. Emaus Ave., according to Salisbury police.

Warrants

A 30-year-old female, of Bethlehem, was picked up on warrants out of Lehigh and Northampton counties March 27, according to Salisbury police. She was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Theft

A package was removed from a porch in the 1600 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported March 27.

Theft from vehicle

A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in a lot at South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported April 4.

Possession

A 32-year-old female, of Bath, was charged March 27 with alleged possession of a controlled substance following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

A 28-year-old female, of New Philadelphia, was charged March 31 with alleged possession of a controlled substance following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police.

A 31-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged April 9 with alleged possession of a controlled substance and a traffic offense following a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Susquehanna Street, according to Salisbury police.

A 16-year-old male was charged April 8 with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

Diversion of funds

A resident of the 500 block of Erney Street discovered unemployment funds were diverted from one account to another without authorization, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported March 31.

Simple assault

Daniel Rivas, 58, of Bethlehem, was charged March 30 with alleged simple assault, harassment and a traffic offense after an incident in the 700 block of Mortimer Street, resulting in the issue of a warrant, according to Salisbury police. Rivas was picked up on the warrant April 6 and transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.
