Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

FEB. 7

Suspicious activity in the 300 block of Mulberry Street was reported.

A report of credit card theft/fraud in the 200 block of Church Street was referred to investigations.

At Front and Mulberry streets, an animal complaint was addressed.

FEB. 8

In the 900 block of Race Street, officers responded to a juvenile runaway report.

Police assisted Lehigh County detectives with a warrant service in the 400 block of Front Street.

Officers checked on students in the 1000 block of Railroad Street.

A parking complaint in the 200 block of Church Street was addressed.

Richard Molitorisz, 56, and Lakeesha Henson, 35, both of Catasauqua, were arrested for simple assault-mutual consent and harassment in the 300 block of Church Street when police responded to a domestic dispute.

FEB. 9

A report of possession of marijuana and a THC vape pen at Innovative Arts Academy, 330 Howertown Road, was filed with the department.

Citations were issued at Bridge and Fairview streets and in the 400 block of Second Street for traffic violations during vehicle stops and at Walnut and St. John streets for traffic enforcement.

Charges are pending for possession of methamphetamine in the 200 block of Pine Street.

Police assisted Lehigh County Probation and Parole in the 200 block of Pine Street.

A vehicle stop was conducted at Second and Union streets. No citations were given.

FEB. 10

Traffic violations occurred in the borough, including in the 200 block of Race Street, with a verbal warning issued; on Second Street, with a written warning issued; at Howertown Road and Walnut Street, with a verbal warning issued; at Fifth and Walnut streets, with a warning issued; and at Railroad and Linden streets.

On Wood Street, a vehicle was damaged due to criminal mischief.

Officers investigated a report of check fraud in the unit block of Stonewood Place.

A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred at 429 Race St. A vehicle hit a pole and another vehicle.

In the 500 block of Front Street, a civil matter took place.

Police responded to a disturbance in the unit block of North 12th Street. Officers assisted a citizen while investigating.

FEB. 11

Officers conducted welfare checks at Catasauqua Towers, 534 Third St., and in the unit block of Cambridge Place.

An investigation is continuing for a harassment case that occurred at 300 American St.

A mental health transport was conducted after police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Front Street.

FEB. 12

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1200 block of Third Street.

FEB. 13

A verbal domestic dispute took place in the 400 block of Crane Street. No arrests were made.
