Scott T. Ladd
Scott T. Ladd (aka Scooter and Uncle Homey), 61, of Macungie, died Nov. 5, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, from a stroke. Born in Norwich, Conn., he was a son of the late Roger and Janet (Loos) Ladd.
He graduated from Lyman Memorial High School in Lebanon, Conn., in 1978. After graduation he entered the U.S. Navy, where he spent 10 years. After leaving the Navy he worked at Air Products and worked for them until he retired for health reasons.
He needed a kidney transplant and in 2012, his best friend and brother-in-law, Barry donated a kidney to him.
He loved life and loved to hunt. The Maine Moose Hunt was a favorite. He liked to travel to Europe with Cheyanne Marion.
He had many people he called family. He was a very loving and caring person.
He is survived by a sister, Pam and her husband, Barry Logan, of Porter, Maine; a brother, Brian and his wife, Gail, of Lebanon, Conn., a sister, Andrea and her husband, Roger (Ed) Vachon, of Lebanon, Conn.; nephews, Bruce and Sara Logan, Keith and Emily Logan, Kyle Logan and Tammie Hansen, all of Parsonfield, Maine, Jimmy and Jessica, of Norwich, Conn., Jeffrey, stationed in Korea, Luke and Logan Ledoux, of Ashford, Conn.; a niece, Becca and her husband, Dan Pelletier, of Mansfield, Conn; great-nieces, Haylee, Sadie, Lily, Sophia and Addisyn Logan, Ryley Ostman and Rylee Ledoux; great-nephews Kolden Logan, Hayden Ostman, Luke Ledoux Jr. and Brian Hansen; Pennsylvania family, Paige Marion (daughter) Avarey Lentes, Cheyanne Marion, Beretta Marion and Riley (daughter) Giselle Marion; Heilsman family; David Goldstein and family; Texas family, Ken and Dana Kowalski and family. He was predeceased by a niece, Heather Logan and nephew, Mark Ledoux Jr.; dear friends, Alisha Heilsman, Stacie Marion and Patricia Heilsman.
Per his wishes, there will be no services.
Arrangements were made by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Hellertown.
