Carolyn Elaine (Moser) Trobetsky, 76, of Salisbury Township, died peacefully Oct. 28, 2021, at Whitehall Manor. She was the wife of James J. Trobetsky. They were married for 53 years. Born in Ashland, she was the second of three children born to Harry and Lydia (Maurer) Moser.
She graduated from Southern Lehigh High School in 1963.
She and her husband met working in Four Chefs bakery/deli and were never apart after. She was a tremendously hardworking person serving as a keypuncher for various businesses before moving to her 27-year career at Mack Trucks World Headquarters in Allentown as a specifications writer and was a proud member of the Mack Trucks Union 677.
She enjoyed helping others above everything. She enjoyed cooking, baking (especially kiffles), gardening, crafting, reading the Bible and visiting with family and friends. Her passion was her children and grandchildren and she never missed any of their activities. She was a woman of strong faith serving the Lord.
She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Michele Hafner; a son, Darron; a daughter-in-law, Tamra; grandsons, Ryan Hafner, Jeremy Hafner, Dylan; a granddaughter, Olivia; a sister-in-law, Joann Wiesner; a brother-in-law, Roger Wiesner; sisters-in-law, Earnal (Ron) Moser, Chris (Rick) Moser; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Ron Moser and Rick Moser, who died in the last year.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Ebenezer New Reformed Church, 3221 Bingen Road, Bethlehem, 18105.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Nov. 8, in the Gilbert Funeral Home, 444 Pershing Blvd., Whitehall. Viewing will begin 9 a.m. Facial coverings and social distancing will be required at all times. The services will be livestreamed. Please contact the family for more information.
