Christopher R. Rossi, 47, of South Whitehall Township, died Oct. 20, 2021, while surrounded by his family and caregivers.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of Margaret “Peg” (Burkhardt) and the late Ronald “Trooper” W. Rossi.

He was a 1991 graduate of Parkland High School.

He loved to participate in Special Olympics and took part in the day programs of ARC of the Lehigh Valley.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister Julie and her husband David Tonkay; a niece, Macey; a nephew, Gavin; aunts; uncles; and extended family.

Arrangements were made by the Gilbert Funeral Home Inc., Whitehall.
