The Catty boys soccer team dropped a 3-1 game to Dieruff

The Huskies were led by Christopher Garcia and Bryan Santiago who scored goals in the win. The Roughs were victimized by an own goal as well.

The Roughs goal came from Luis Del Rosario on an assist from Jaxon Berrier.

The Roughs lost to Wilson 4-3 but no other information was available.

Most recently the team fell to the Tigers 5-1.

Berrier scored Catty’s only goal unassisted.

The Tigers were led by Matt Johnson who had two goals and two assists in the win.

Catty field hockey fell to Southern Lehigh 9-0.

Riley MacIntosh, Morgan Benner and Hannah Bausher each scored two goals in the win for the Spartans.

For the Roughs, goalkeeper Sophia Becker had 12 saves and Chloe Moyer had a defensive save.

Catty lost to Northwestern 6-0.

Bailey Rex scored three goals and Cara Thomas added two in the win.

The team lost to Northern Lehigh 5-0. Delaney Szwast scored three goals for the Bulldogs.

Catty goalkeeper Sophia Becker had 19 saves and Jesenia Acevedo had a defensive save for the Roughs.

The girls soccer team won 7-1 over Wilson.

Faith Daku got the Roughs off to a good start with two goals to make it 2-0. Kaylee Weidaw and Brielle Davies assisted on the goals.

Wilson would cut it to 2-1 on a Joecelyn Smith goal but that would be as close as they’d get.

Sydney Gebhardt scored on an Eddie Seidel assist to make it 3-1.

Seidel would find the back of the net next to make it 4-1.

It was Gebhardt again to make it 5-1, this time on a helper from Davies.

Weidaw would score the final two goals. Daku assisted the first and Bella Atiyeh the second.

Catty lead 5-1 at halftime.

The team fell to Palisades 4-0.

Brooke Balsamo led the way with two goals. The Pirates led 1-0 at the half. Kylie Schmidt had a goal and an assist.

The volleyball team fell to Northwestern 3-0, 25-8, 25-12, 25-9.

Kylie Nagle had 18 aces and 12 digs to lead the Tigers.

The Catty cross country team competed at Northern Lehigh last week. The boys beat the Bulldogs but fell to Palmerton and Northwestern. The girls lost to the Tigers and Bulldogs.

Catty’s Alivia Bear was 11th and the team’s highest finisher. Her time was 22:25.96. The race’s winner was Alaina Patel who clocked in at 20:27.71.

Ashley Ritter was 26th in 24:43.97 and Lucy Brubaker was 29th in 24:50.33.

The boys were led by Cole Brown who was 33rd in 20:37.46. Trevor Rigits was 45th in 21:43.24.

Dominik Lisicky of Southern Lehigh won the race with a time of 16:31.51.
