Robert C. “Bupper” Danner, 49, of Emmaus, died Sept. 18, 2021, in St. Luke’s Hospital - Warren Campus. He was the husband of Carly R. Bitler. Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Charles and Alice (Greenawalt) Danner.

He worked as an upholsterer for BK Upholstery, Boyertown for 25 years.

He was an active and social member of Seisholtzville Fire Company for 28 years, volunteer for Hereford Volunteer Fire Company and drove an ambulance for Bally Community Ambulance.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and life member of the Nimrods and member of Alburtis Rod and Gun Club.

He is survived by his wife; a stepson, Christopher Ohmacht; a sister, Melissa and her husband, Terry “Doug” Shaner; a nephew, Mason Shaner; numerous cousins and friends whom he considered family.

Contributions may be made to the Seisholtzville Fire Company.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 16 in the Seisholtzville Fire Company, 24 Saint Peter’s Road, Macungie.
