On Sept. 3, the East Penn School District will hold an EPSD Stadium Turf Dedication Ceremony.

The ceremony will take place during pregame of the Emmaus High School varsity football game at approximately 6:45 p.m. Kick off is slated to be 7 p.m. as the Hornets take on Freedom High School.

“We understand that had we held a ceremony for a facility upgrade of this magnitude last fall season, during a time when spectators were not permitted in attendance at games, it would not have been appropriate. I am happy to say that we are able to give this turf facility the appropriate welcome and appreciation it certainly deserves,” Director of Athletics for Emmaus High School Rebecca George said.
