Lehigh Valley Revolution Central Bethlehem 12U won the LVLBL Midget Championship back at the end of June.

The team went into the league playoffs and won each game in the winner’s bracket, needing to beat Parkland for the championship. Parkland came back from the loser’s bracket, and needed to win back-to-back games to knock off Central Bethlehem. Parkland won the first game 11-1 on June 25. The championship game was played the following day with little rest on Saturday, June 26, and Central Bethlehem ended up beating Parkland 5-2 for the title. Liam Fitzpatrick pitched a full game, 7 innings, only giving up two runs for the win. Central Bethlehem finished the season with an 11-5 record.

The team would like to give a special shout out to Brian’s Landscaping (Brian Heffernan) for redoing their home field to make it look professional.
