Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

JUNE 15

Police assisted Lehigh County Children and Youth in the 200 block of Front Street, South Whitehall Township officers in the 400 block of Race Street in the attempt of contacting an individual and a citizen in the 100 block of Second Street.

Domestic disturbances, with no arrests, took place in the 500 block of Church Street and on Cambridge Place.

Reports of reckless drivers in the 500 block of Walnut Street, on Walnut Street and in the 500 block of Howertown Road were investigated.

The department received a request for extra patrol at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

JUNE 16

A traffic citation was issued on Howertown Road, and a written traffic warning was issued on Union Street.

Officers assisted Lehigh County Children and Youth in the 200 block of Front Street.

JUNE 17

A child custody issue in the 200 block of Front Street was investigated.

An adult missing from the 300 block of Walnut Street was reported. The individual was located.

In the 500 block of St. John Street, a parking complaint was investigated.

Police said an individual was arrested in the 200 block of Race Street for a domestic disturbance.

JUNE 18

A traffic citation was issued on Pine Street.

A vehicle on private property in the 500 block of Front Street was investigated.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Wood Street.

Police assisted Children and Youth at the same residence in the 200 block of Front Street twice and Whitehall officers in the 2100 block of MacArthur Road.

JUNE 19

A vehicle was ticketed in the 200 block of Front Street.

An animal complaint at Catasauqua Area School District, 201 N. 14th St., had police at the scene.

Members of the department assisted Children and Youth in the 200 block of Front Street.

In the 500 block of Front Street, a noise complaint was investigated.

A reportable motor vehicle accident on Race Street occurred.

JUNE 20

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., a domestic dispute was reported.

A vehicle was ticketed on Front Street.

In the 500 block of Front Street, a parking complaint was investigated.

A vehicle was stolen at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

Officers conducted a vehicle check at Whitter Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

Police assisted Children and Youth in the 200 block of Front Street.

An unattended death, with the cause undetermined, was investigated in the 400 block of Tioga Street.

A fire pit in the 100 block of Railroad Street was reported to the department.

JUNE 21

A suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of Pine Street was reported.

Police conducted a welfare check at 301 Mulberry St.

Officers responded to a parking complaint in the 600 block of Front Street.

Members of the department assisted the sheriff’s office and Children and Youth in the 200 block of Front Street, the 200 block of Peach Street and the 200 block of Church Street.

A dispute, involving an unwanted person, took place in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

Police investigated a harassment complaint in the 100 block of Howertown Road.

JUNE 22

An individual was arrested for a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of Circle Drive.

A written traffic warning was issued on Union Street.

In the 200 block of Mulberry Street, officers assisted a citizen.

Officers investigated an identity theft case in the 700 block of Circle Drive.

JUNE 23

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers in the 1000 block of Third Street for a report of a suspicious person.

In the 600 block of Poplar Street, a parking complaint, which turned out to be a violation, was investigated.

A neighbor dispute had police at the scene in the 100 block of Milton Street.

On Faith Drive, officers responded to a civil matter.

In the 100 block of Second Street, officers investigated a noise complaint.

JUNE 24

An unemployment fraud case was investigated in the 300 block of Second Street.

On Mulberry Street, a civil matter involving custody took place.

In the 200 block of Peach Street, police provided protection-from-abuse information during a citizen assist.

A reportable accident, involving two vehicles, occurred on Race Street.

On Second Street, a noise complaint was investigated.

Police investigated a domestic disturbance, with no arrests, in the 300 block of Church Street.

JUNE 25

At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., a burglar alarm sounded.

A traffic violation took place in the 1000 block of Race Street. The driver was cited and the vehicle towed.

An animal complaint - two pit bulls running at large - in the 300 block of Bridge Street was reported.

Criminal mischief in the 200 block of Second Street was investigated. A window was broken.

At Suburban North Family YMCA, 880 Walnut St., police investigated a juvenile issue involving harassment. The case was referred to juvenile officers.
