Work on Blue Mountain Drive is being done by Skepton Construction Inc., Pennsburg. Construction manager for the school project is D'Huy Engineering Inc., Bethlehem.

Road work, per Pennsylvania Department of Transportation specifications, continues in Lehigh Township along Blue Mountain Drive at Lehigh Elementary. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set for 6:30 p.m. Aug. 12 at the new school, with open houses scheduled for 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 14 and 5-8:30 p.m. Aug. 18.
