Do you like baseball? Join the Salisbury community at an IronPigs game. The game begins 7:05 p.m. July 20, but you must register by June 25. The registration form is on the Salisbury Township website and if you have any questions, call Lisa Casey at 610-797-4000, ext. 5814. Play ball!

Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church is happy to announce the start of face-to-face worship services. Starting in the month of June, JWSC will hold services 9 a.m. in the grove, weather permitting. If there was rain the night before and the grass is wet, a drive-in service will be conducted. Services will still be available on Facebook and YouTube if you prefer.

Salisbury Township yard waste drop off sites are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays. Franko Farm will be open June 17, 19 and 28. The Devonshire site will be open June 21, 24 and 26. For a complete listing of acceptable items, visit the township website under the heading “Refuse and Recycling.”

The United States Department of Agriculture has extended their waivers to serve free meals to any child under the age of 18 through June of 2022. This summer, Salisbury Township School District will offer meal pickup to all children in the Salisbury community. To better serve students and to assist with the child nutrition department’s planning, the district is asking those interested in this service to fill out the survey on the school district website www.salisburysd.org.
