Bath: Rangers to host meal June 19

Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive, will be holding a chicken and seafood bake 11 a.m.-7 p.m. June 19.

A full bake includes a barbecue chicken, a fish fillet, a dozen shrimp, a dozen clams, a baked potato, corn on the cob, coleslaw and hush puppies.

The half bake includes the chicken and fish fillet, baked potato, corn on the cob, coleslaw and hush puppies.

Hot dogs are also available.

No advance tickets are needed. This event is first come, first served.

If you ordered a dozen roses from Hayes Flowers for the Bath Area Food Bank fundraiser, pickup is 9-11 a.m. June 19 at the shop, 251 E. Main St.

Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will be collecting cold cereal and jelly for the Bath Area Food Bank for the month of June. Donations for the food bank can be dropped off in the vestibule to the downstairs parlor.

Emmanuel’s Church announced the men’s group is now the Monday night Bible study, and everyone is welcome to attend. The group meets 7 p.m. Mondays in the old fellowship hall. Bring your Bible and a mask.

The women’s group at Emmanuel’s Church is having a summer potluck/game night 6:30 p.m. June 21 in the fellowship hall. Sign up, and bring a dish to share.
