Edwin Rodriguez Sr., 60, of Whitehall, died May 5, 2021, after a tragic accident. He was the husband of Sandra I. (Luccioni) Rodriguez for 35 years.

Born in the Bronx, N.Y., he was a son of the late Manuel Sr. and Juanita (Colon) Rodriguez.

Edwin was a retired foreman who worked with the Cement and Concrete Workers Union, Local 18A, NYC, for more than 30 years. He worked on many high-rise buildings, including the reconstruction of the Freedom Tower.

He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Allentown.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Raymond and Edwin Jr.; a daughter, Cassandra I. Rodriguez; a brother, Manuel Rodriguez Jr.; three sisters: Yolanda Fenstermaker, Judy Rodriguez and Angela Rodriguez; four grandchildren, Lourdes, Christopher, Isiah and Elizabeth Rodriguez; and a great-grandchild, Melody Cintron-Rodriguez.

Arrangements were made by Stephens Funeral Home Inc., Allentown.
