Burglary

An unknown person entered through a rear window and removed items from a residence on Terrwood Drive East, Lower Macungie Township, 12:05 a.m. March 17, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

Daryn M. Gollie, 36, of Palm, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 5200 block of Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 12:35 a.m. March 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Alec Mikael Lopez, 32, of Reading, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. Route 222 South and North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:36 a.m. March 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Tahj Rakeem Morgan, 23, of Allentown, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Krocks Court and Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 9:41 p.m. Feb. 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 27-year-old male, of Macungie, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a two-vehicle traffic accident on Princeton Road, Lower Macungie Township, 8:48 p.m. March 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Valerie Anne Boyle, 32, of Whitehall, was allegedly driving under the influence and in possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. Route 222 North and North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:27 a.m. March 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Kathleen Scaief, 62, of Emmaus, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a two-vehicle accident in the 6100 block of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:50 p.m. March 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Scaief allegedly rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light while eastbound on Lower Macungie Road.

Richard James Splitt, 38, of Trexlertown, allegedly was driving under the influence in a one-vehicle accident on South Cedar Crest Boulevard at the intersection with Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:37 p.m. March 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Splitt allegedly struck a guide rail along the north lane of South Cedar Crest Boulevard while attempting to make a right turn.

Forgery

A resident of Furnace Drive, Lower Macungie Township, learned a fraudulent check for $4,281 was written against his account to an unknown person, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Bank officials notified the account holder and voided the check. The incident happened between Feb. 1 and 24.

Theft

A scooter, valued at $200, was removed from Camp Olympic Park, 3120 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported 8:57 p.m. March 26.

Theft from vehicle

A paper temporary Pennsylvania registration was removed from a vehicle while it was unoccupied in the 5200 block of Woodmont Circle, Lower Macungie Township, between 2:30 and 9:15 a.m. March, 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,800, was removed from a vehicle parked in the 4500 block of North Hedgerow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 11:30 p.m. April 4 and 7:45 a.m. April 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Retail theft

An unknown female entered Ulta Beauty store and hair salon, 833 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, placed approximately $2,000 worth of products into a shopping cart and left the store without paying 2:17 p.m. March 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The female was seen leaving the shopping center in a black BMW. Anyone with information regarding this incident may contact state police at 610-395-1438.
