Ann “Annie” Samar, 94, died in her home April 6, 2021, after a battle with cancer. She was the wife of the late Stephen Samar.

Born in Nesquehoning, she was a daughter of John and Antionette Koziski.

She worked at Western Electric for 22 years. After retiring, she worked at Garden Gate Natural Foods, Allentown, for 28 years.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, Coplay.

She is survived by a son, Richard and his companion Sally Harris; nieces; nephews; and a cousin, Mike.

She was predeceased by nine brothers; and one sister.

There will be a calling hour 8:30-9:30 a.m. April 17 at the funeral home, 327 Chestnut St., Coplay, followed by a Mass 10 a.m. at the church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, 18037. Adhere to social distancing guidelines, and wear a facial covering.
