Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley’s annual Victims’ Rights Vigil will take place 6 p.m. April 21 at the Memorial Tree of Life Grove, 3256 Chestnut Drive, Allentown.

This year, the Crime Victims Council will commemorate the theme, “Support Victims. Build Trust. Engage Communities.”

This free event is open to the public.

This in-person event will take place outdoors and will comply with all safety and social distancing guidelines.

Victim-survivors will speak about how their lives have been affected by crime, and a bell ceremony will take place in memory of loved ones taken from their families by violence.
