Evelyn M. Pinter, 96, died March 27, 2021, in The Willow, Macungie. She was the wife of the late Joseph Pinter. Born in Breinigsville, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mamie (Trexler) Dietrich.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie.

She was very active in the church making quilts for those in need, quilts for babies being baptized and sewing many other items for children.

She is survived by a sister, Phyllis Kempt; nieces and nephews; stepgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Paul, LeRoy and Arlan; sisters, Helen, Bertha and Marie; four stepdaughters, Elizabeth Wetherhold, Jean Daniels, Roseann Frisco and Gloria Finocchio.
