Q. In what grade are you currently enrolled?

A. I am currently enrolled in the 12th grade at Salisbury High School.

Q. Who is in your family? Please provide the first names of your family members: parents, siblings and pets.

A. In my family I have my mom and dad, Marie and Angel. I have two older brothers Giovanni and Kasil. I have two younger sisters, one of them being just a year younger Isabella and the other the baby sister Elianna. Finally I have a Rottweiler Bear.

Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?

A. My favorite subject is English because I love how expressive stories can really be and how they cannot only bring in new information or imagination but they bring in a certain type of connection with the reader I always found so beautiful.

Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?

A. No

Q. Are you involved in any extracurricular activities? How has COVID-19 impacted these activities?

A. After school I go to work where we have to continue wearing masks at all times and wear gloves as well. I work at McDonalds where we also have to wipe down the areas customers have touched on the counter every 30 minutes because of COVID-19 and safety as well.

Q. What is your next goal after high school?

A. My next goal is to travel the world and become a vet.

Q. What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?

A. My biggest challenge would be pushing myself to be better than how I was in the past. This goes for aiming for higher grades, working more and finding new hobbies.

Q. For what would you like to be remembered?

A. I’d always want to be remembered as an open and comforting person to everyone. I love helping people and making people happy so I’d want to be remembered as a good friend to everyone.

Q. Whom do you admire? Why?

A. I admire my mom and my sister. They are both such strong women and I have noticed that no matter how hard things get, they always find a different route to make everything work and become even better than it was before.

Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?

A. Don’t ever hold back. Don’t hold back from who you want to be and go out and LIVE, go have FUN. Go make amazing memories.
