Elsie V. Reitter, 103, died March 22, 2021, in Phoebe Home, Allentown.

She was the widow of Earl Musselman and Anthony Reitter.

Born in Bingham, she was one of 14 children of the late John and Elsie (Herman) Kemmerer

Her survivors include grandson Barry Musselman (Lisa) of Oakdale; great-granddaughter Chloe Musselman of Whitehall; siblings Blanche Kurtz, Grace Kern and John Kemmerer; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place 10:30-11 a.m. on March 30, at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St, Fogelsville.

There will be a private family service. Face masks will be required and social distancing will occur.
