Catasauqua American Legion Post 215, 330 Second St., is holding its next monthly fundraiser breakfast 8 a.m.-noon Jan. 24.

The menu includes scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, SOS, French toast, hash browns, coffee, tea and juice.

Come out for a great breakfast!

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., will hold its next Soup on Wednesdays initiative Jan. 27. The time is 4-5:30 p.m., or while supplies last.

Takeout soup will be handed out at no charge to anyone who comes. Each week will feature a different hearty soup.

The event will continue through Feb. 24.

Volunteers are needed. Call Robin at 610-264-2641 if you would like to help with this project.
