Burglary

Someone forced entry into the Vera Cruz Evangelical Congregational Church, 5501 Vera Cruz Road, Upper Milford Township, overnight Oct. 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. No items were reported to have been taken.

Criminal mischief

A CAT excavator and other construction equipment were damaged between 12:30 p.m. Nov. 13 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 16 at a construction site at Commercial Center Drive and Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Rocks were used to do approximately $600 in damage to the equipment, including breaking a side window on the excavator. The incident was reported by Boyle Construction Company, Allentown. A vehicle was slightly damaged when it was struck by a person during an argument between two people at a residence in the 5300 block of Bradford Lane, Lower Macungie Township, Nov. 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A rear tire on a Dodge Caravan minivan was slashed while the vehicle was parked in the 8900 block of Longswamp Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 6 and 7 p.m. Oct. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The tire was valued at $120.

A sliding glass door was damaged and a political sign was taken at a location on Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The damage to the door was valued at $900. The incident was reported 5:30 a.m. Nov. 23.
