Emmaus police

Criminal trespass

Kent A. Harris, 47, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 28 for alleged criminal trespass, simple assault and harassment after an incident in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to Emmaus police. Harris was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

DUI

Jennifer Anne Koller, 45, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 27 in the 400 block of Wieders Lane for allegedly driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, according to Emmaus police.

Theft

Six rolls of building wrap, valued at $1,400, were removed from the Wawa convenience store and gas station construction site, 150 N. 10th St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 28.

Fleeing police

Sebastian Joseph Kennedy, 26, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 20 for allegedly fleeing or attempting to elude police, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, stop sign and red light violations, failure to drive within a lane of travel, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving at Chestnut and Sixth streets, according to Emmaus police. Kennedy was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

Burglary

Items valued at $1,176 were removed from a residence in the 100 block of Elm Street, according to Emmaus police. The burglary was reported Nov. 27.

Theft from a Motor Vehicle

A catalytic converter, valued at $2,000, was removed from a Ford box truck, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported in the unit block of South Sixth Street Nov. 25.

Found item

A child’s bicycle was found in the 600 block of Walnut Street Nov. 25, according to Emmaus police. The bicycle is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.

A Hyundai key fob was found at 31st and Fernwood streets Nov. 28, according to Emmaus police. The key fob is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
