Aggravated assault

James Gleason Jr., 38, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 17 for alleged aggravated assault, two counts, simple assault, two counts, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, driving while under suspension and driving without insurance after a disturbance in the 100 block of East Main Street, according to Emmaus police. Gleason was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

Retail theft

Carmela M. Mannino, 44, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 6 for retail theft after allegedly removing $418.68 worth of items from Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police.

Theft from vehicle

A catalytic converter, valued at $3,200, was removed from a Honda CR-V while it was parked in the 900 block of Buttonwood Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 4.

A catalytic converter, valued at $250, was removed from a Ford van while it was parked in the 900 block of Glenwood Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 10.

Found item

A single key on a key chain was found in the area of Main and Cherry streets Nov. 7, according to Emmaus police. The key is held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
