Hello, readers! My name is Erin Thomas, and I live in Whitehall with my husband, daughter and three furry friends. I am pleased to have the opportunity to keep you updated on events happening in North Catasauqua.

If your organization has an event or other information you would like to appear in the Catasauqua Press, please email me with the details at scrappy8604@gmail.com.

I look forward to working with the small Town USA community!

Catty Seniors Plus will not be meeting again this year, due to COVID-19 restrictions. There will be no casino bus trips, as casinos are not accepting buses at this time. As soon as restrictions are lifted, members and bus passengers will be contacted.

If there are any questions, contact Dorothy Vassa at 610-264-2853.

On behalf of the officers and herself, she would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season.

To reserve library materials, call the library at 610-264-4151.

For more information, visit catasauquapl.org or the library’s Facebook page.

The Catasauqua/North Catasauqua J4 Celebration and Catasauqua High School mega reunion planned for July 4 had originally been postponed until 2021.

However, since the status of the COVID-19 pandemic next year is unknown, the committee has decided to postpone until July 2, 2022. The rain date will be July 3, 2022.

There will be more information coming in the future.
