Emmaus police

Simple Assault

A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 1 for alleged simple assault and harassment after a fight in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Harassment

A 38-year-old male, of Coopersburg, was arrested Sept. 18 for alleged harassment, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

Jonathan Timothy Scott, 38, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 30 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 2600 block of Riverbend Road, according to Emmaus police. Scott was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Megan Lee Schirk, 37, of Pottstown, was arrested Oct. 6 for allegedly driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, speeding, failure to drive within lane and reckless driving after an accident at Fourth and Chestnut streets, according to Emmaus police.

Accident involving damage to attended vehicle

Perryn W. Lukorito, 18, of Schnecksville, was arrested Sept. 18 after allegedly failing to remain on the scene after an accident at 10th and Chestnut streets, according to Emmaus police.

Burglary

An unknown person removed $2,670 worth of items from a residence and vehicle in the 300 block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 6.

Firearms

Dominic Reggie Fludd Jr., 21, of Emmaus, was arrested Sept. 22 for alleged violation of firearms not to be carried without a license, speeding, registration required, insurance required, unauthorized transfer of registration and operation of a vehicle without inspection in the 100 block of State Road, according to Emmaus police. Fludd was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

Theft

A purse containing $160 cash was removed from a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Sept. 29.

Theft from a motor vehicle

A catalytic converter, valued at $500, was removed from a Honda Element in the 300 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 9.

Found item

A Mongoose Impasse Dual mountain bicycle was found in the 400 block of Ridge Street Oct. 11, according to Emmaus police. The bicycle is stored at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
