Justin Sheftel Memorial Fund is hosting its second annual golf tournament noon Oct. 16 at Berkleigh Golf Club, 14623 Kutztown Road, Kutztown.

The tournament will be a four man/woman scramble format.

Course games will include 50/50, mulligans, close to the pin and long drive with first and second place prizes for men and first place prize for women.

The per person player fee includes carts, appetizers and opportunities for prizes.

There is a fee for food only for nonplayers.

Beer and wine may be purchased at the restaurant.

Masks are required when entering the building, including the bar.

They must also be worn while on the patio if not seated at a table.

There are a few hole sponsorships still available.

Registration deadline is Oct. 9.
