The last day for the virtual Scholastic book fair at Catasauqua Middle School is Sept. 24.

Contactless curbside pickup for school meals is now scheduled for 9:45-10:15 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays only in the front of Sheckler Elementary School. Two days worth of meals will be handed out Tuesdays, and three days worth of meals will be handed out Thursdays.

Students need not be in the car during pickup, but drivers will be asked to verify the names and ages of the children. Please arrive with a clean vehicle trunk. Walk-ups will be accommodated.

The schedule will be evaluated based on popularity and is subject to change.

Don’t forget CMS is taking part in the Weis 4 Schools program.

The next time you go shopping at Weis Markets, bring the flier that was sent home with your student and scan the bar code on the bottom to register your Weis club card. You only need to register once. There are extra fliers at the school.

The Giant A+ Rewards program we participated in the past several years has been discontinued.

Parents should remember CMS is utilizing QR codes. Anyone visiting the school must scan the code at the door to fill out an electronic visit form.

Once the form has been submitted, ring the bell and let the office know you completed the form and someone there will be able to assist you.

All parents/guardians should do a temperature check on their children before leaving for school each day. Any child with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms should not report to school.
