LEHIGH VALLEY WEATHER

The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit holds ‘picnic-n-prayer’

The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus, took full advantage of the glorious weather the evening of Aug. 26. Under clear blue skies outside the church property, 3461 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., LCHS held a “Picnic-n-Prayer” worship service led by The Rev. Tami Reichley, associate pastor. Approximately 70 people gathered in lawn chairs and on blankets on the grass to share in a socially distanced “bring your own” picnic, followed by a time of scripture reading and prayer.
