North Catasauqua car show

Troxell picks the winner of the 50/50 drawing held during the event. Also pictured is car show organizer Mark Hillenbrand, of the North Catasauqua Betterment Committee.

Hodge Podge Variety Music deejay George Lemak plays oldies during the car show. Rain from Tropical Storm Isaias, forecasted for later that evening, held off for the event.
Geno Giunta, of Neffs, shows his “MoonShiner” vehicle, a restored 1928 Ford pickup truck. Giunta has owned the truck for eight years.
Ginny and Greg Grube, of Bath, display their 2005 Mustang GT, nicknamed “Bittersweet,” which has only 25,000 miles on the odometer. Approximately 40 vehicles were on display.
