Helen R. Markwich, 94, of Macungie, died July 14, 2020, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of the late Richard B. Markwich. Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Peltzman) Marth.

She was a member of Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown.

She assisted her son, in the family business, Bernard Shoes, Allentown.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl and her husband, Frederick Brandt; a son, Dennis and his wife, Jane; a brother, Robert Marth and his wife, Midge; grandchildren, Rick Brandt, Christina Mertz, Chad and Christopher; five great-grandchildren.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, Allentown.
