Helen R. Markwich, 94, of Macungie, died July 14, 2020, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of the late Richard B. Markwich.

Born in Northampton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Peltzman) Marth.

She assisted her son in the family business, Bernard Shoes, Allentown.

She was a member of Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown.

She is survived by a daughter, Cheryl and her husband Frederick Brandt; a son, Dennis and his wife Jane; a brother, Robert Marth and his wife Midge; four grandchildren, Rick Brandt, Christina Mertz and Chad and Christopher Markwich; and five great-grandchildren.

Services are private.
