Marilyn D. Bachman, 90, of Northampton and formerly of Allentown, died March 16, 2020, at Moravian Village of Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Oliver and Irene (Mehringer) Christl. She was the wife of Albert K. Bachman for 61 years.
She was a 1948 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and was a member of the class reunion committee for many years.
She was an office manager at Blue Cross, Allentown until she retired in 1960.
She was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church, North Catasauqua.
She was a Camelot for Children holiday package wrapper at the Lehigh Valley Mall.
She is survived by a son, Charles and his wife Shareen of Bethlehem Township.
There will be no calling hour. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. on July 21 in St. John Fisher Church, North Catasauqua. Guests must wear masks and observe social distancing. There will be a future celebration of life.
