The library is pleased to announce it received a $1,000 grant from the PPL Foundation.
These funds support the summer reading program for children and teens. This grant helped support the library’s basic literacy initiative by encouraging reading all summer long and allowing children to continue to work on their reading skills while on summer break.
The PPL Foundation awards annual grants through a competitive application and review process.
