Charles Howard Horwith, 69, of Schnecksville, died July 5, 2020, in North Whitehall Township. He was the husband of Doloris M. (Adam) Horwith for 47 years.

Born in Ballietsville, he was the son of the late Charles Frank Jr. and Arlene Harriet (Gantz) Horwith.

He was president of Horwith Fuel Oil, Coplay, from 1969 to 2019. He was also co-owner of the Chuck Wagon Drive-In, Ironton.

He was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Christina L. Horwith and her fiance Eric Wasser of Schnecksville and Brooke L. Horwith-Messer and her husband Todd of Walnutport; two sisters, Barbara A. Kline and her husband Donald of Whitehall and Shirley Mae Deifer and her husband Donald of Raleigh, N.C.; five grandchildren, Ian, Kylee, Ava, Mack and Hattie; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by three sisters, Jean Horwith, Betty Fink and Sandra Grim.
