Patricia S. (Swift) Knox, 86, of Bethlehem, died July 5, 2020, while in the care of Sacred Heart Senior Living. Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Royden Maxwell and Gertrude (Hoffmeier) Swift. She was the wife of the late John W. Knox Jr. for 55 years of marriage.

She was a graduate of Lansdowne High School and attended Penn State University.

She was a customer service representative for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company until she retired.

She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for many years. She worked for many elections and polls.

She will be survived by a daughter, Catherine L. Knox of Lansdale; two sons, Michael P. and his wife Dana of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and John R. and his wife Diane of Bethlehem; and six grandchildren, Sarah, Kevin, Brian, Rachael, Morgan and Jordan.

She was predeceased by a brother, Royden Swift.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
