Rodney Dale Smith, 74, of Saylorsburg, died June 26, 2020. He was the husband of Tina Smith for 31 years.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Harry James Smith and Agnes H.P. Kreuger Smith.
He was a Class of 1963 graduate of Wilson Area High School.
He was a Vietnam-era veteran in the U.S. Navy.
He worked for NCR, later AT&T, where he was a senior network technician, and from which he retired in 1998. For the last 10 years he was an IT consultant, fire engine salesman and a computer network specialist.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children, Dawn Brensinger of Slatington, Kevin Smith of Hellertown, Randy Lagler of Saylorsburg and Nicole Lagler of Northampton; five grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Madison Smith, Kane Brensinger, Cheyenne Smith and Owen Garofalo; and many other family members.
He was predeceased by a sister, Sandra Smith Stoddert.
