Raymond E. Keiper, 73, of Orefield, died June 16, 2020, in his residence. He was the husband of Barbara J. (Fillman) Keiper for more than 48 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Martha V. (Rothrock) and the late Ernest F. Keiper.

He was a 1965 graduate of Dieruff High School, Allentown.

He was a 1966-70 U.S. Air Force veteran.

He was employed at the Fuller Company and then on the production line of Mack Trucks, Allentown, for more than 17 years before retiring in 1992.

He was a member of Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua for many years.

He was a member of Tri-Boro Sportsmen Club, Northampton.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by a daughter, Jennifer L. and her husband Chad Bellesfield of Catasauqua; two granddaughters, Shawnna and her husband Stephen Yost of Texas and Emma S. Bellesfield of Catasauqua; a brother-in-law, Richard Fillman and his wife Toni; a sister-in-law, Linda and her husband Keith Lenhart; two cousins, Suzanne and her husband Al Martin of Florida and Cindy and husband Michael Cole of Allentown; nieces; nephews; and a sister-in-law, Yvonne.

He was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Kenneth Fillman.

Services will be private.
