Irene E. McNeill, 93, of Coplay, died May 29, 2020. She was the wife of the late Frederick McNeill.

Born in West Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Suzanna M. Cesanek.

She attended Whitehall High School.

She was a presser for Penn State Mills and a floor walker for Fuller Sportswear for more than 35 years. She later worked for Clover Department Store, Whitehall.

She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Catasauqua.

She is survived by two daughters, Louise M. and her husband Colin Saylor of Northampton and Rita A. and her husband Vern Rute of Coplay; three grandchildren, Lisa Balliet, Thomas Gogle and Michelle Lewis; five great-grandchildren, Nicole, Landon and Jacob Lewis and Kayla and Jenna Gogle; a sister, Dorothy Falk; and two brothers, Edward and Andrew Cesanek of Northampton.

She was predeceased by grandparents Michael and Anna (Tatarsky) Kacsur.

Services will be private.
