Herman S. Holben, 68, of Kutztown, died May 13, 2020, at home.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Sterling N. and Lillian M. (Young) Holben.

He attended Northwestern Lehigh High School and later became a truck driver, having last worked for Moyer Transport, LLC., New Tripoli.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at the casino with his friends and family.

His survivors include his daughter Dana L. Holben of Tafton; son Nathan S. Holben of Charlotte, N.C.; stepson Joshua D. Williams of Rock Hill, S.C.; sisters Barbara, wife of Francis “Peanuts” Quier of Kempton, Catherine Csencitz of Lenhartsville, and Doris Newhardt of Pen Argyl; brother Warren, husband of Rebecca Holben, of Rock Hill; two grandchildren and many friends.

He was predeceased by his son Craig L. Holben in 2018, and his sister, Bernice Lupacchini in 2015.

Due to current health concerns, a service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
