Louise “Weazy” Hoch Scott Sullivan, 57, of Savannah, Ga., died May 7, 2020, from injuries sustained in a traffic accident. She was the wife of Tom Sullivan.
Born in Allentown and raised in Whitehall, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Louise (Derby) Hoch.
She was a 1980 graduate of Whitehall High School, where she was a member of the marching band color guard.
She was as a unit clerk on the burn unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center in the late 1980s. After moving to Savannah, she was a surgical technician for Dr. E Ronald Finger for many years. For the past 10 years, she and her husband were team drivers. They worked for USXpress for five years. Then, in 2016, they began their own company, Team Time LLC.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Diana Scott with Kyle Petty of Acworth, Ga., and Sam Scott of Kennesaw, Ga.; two stepchildren, Lauren Durrence with Chase of Savannah, Ga., and Ceanne Talty with Danny of Columbia, S.C.; four stepgrandchildren, Rylee, Laden and Oliver Durrence and Sullivan Talty; four sisters, Debbie Hennessy with Tom of Clemson, S.C., Tami Jones with Jimmy of Allentown and Dona Hoch and Paula McMahon with Tom, all of Peoria, Ariz.; nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
She was predeceased by a brother, Richard Hoch II; and Sam Scott Jr., the father of her children.
There will be a memorial service this summer on Tybee Island.
